Orders

When can I expect my order?
We typically ship 1 - 2 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live in the United States, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 5 - 7 business days after your order has shipped.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order in My Account. Please note that it can take some carriers up to 1 business day after an order has been shipped to show updates in tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not have the ability to change or modify the products in an order. To cancel your order, please email care@iotabody.com with your order number as soon as possible and our care team will assist you.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If any items are damaged or incorrect when you receive your order, email care@iotabody.com with your order number and a photo of the items, and we will send you a replacement right away.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay and PayPal.
Do you include invoices or return slips?
We do not include paper invoices or return slips in order to reduce packaging waste. You can reach out to care@iotabody.com with the order number you receive via email and we will assist you.

Subscription

How do I become a subscription member?
Navigate to the desired product or set detail page. Click the radio button next to “Subscribe.” From the dropdown menu that appears, select the frequency with which you would like to receive the product.

One-time purchases and other subscription products can be added to the same order.

When you are ready, check out as you normally would.
What are the benefits of becoming a subscription member?
Members receive a 15% discount on each order, automatically applied at checkout. Additionally, members receive early access to all product launches.
How do I change my subscription?
You can manage the products in your subscription through your iota account. You can also email care@iotabody.com and our team will assist you with your subscription.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working hard to expand this offering — stay tuned.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Orders are typically processed the next business day.
How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for any order $40+.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping within the United States.
What types of shipping do you offer?
Free standard shipping is available for orders $40 and above. For orders less than $40, standard shipping is $5. Expedited shipping options are also available.
Where can I find my tracking information?
You can find tracking information of your order in My Account or in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We hope you love your iota products, but in the event you are unsatisfied, we accept free returns within 30 days of purchase. Email care@iotabody.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our team will assist you with your return.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment, and note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item?
Email care@iotabody.com with your order number and your request, and a member of our team will assist you with your issue.
Can I return a product if I have already opened it?
We do not accept already opened product returns, but please email care@iotabody.com with your order number and your reason for a return, and a member of our team will assist you.
How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Products

Are your formulations clean?
iota formulations — meticulously crafted with globally sourced raw materials derived from natural, botanical sources — are vegan, cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny Certified. We adhere to the EU’s standards for safe and clean beauty by formulating without the EU’s prohibited substances list. The fragrances in our Brightening BodyWash+ and Detoxifying Body Wash+ are EU compliant, too.
Where can I find the ingredients listings?
Full ingredient listings are available on the individual product pages, under “See Ingredients.” If you have a question about an ingredient, email us at care@iotabody.com. When you receive the product, you will also find a full ingredient list on the outer box.
How do I know which body wash is right for me?
We leave that decision up to you. All people, all skin types can use iota products.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
All of our products are dermatologist tested, allergy tested, clinically tested and non-irritating. For sensitive skin, we recommend the Soothing Supervitamin Body Wash+, which is fragrance free, and the Superplant Body Serum, which is also fragrance free. 
Are your products gluten-free?
iota is not certified gluten-free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, iota products are vegan and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
